At Vinha dos Padres, we take pride in providing high-quality wines and ensuring your order is handled with care. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases. Please make your selections carefully before completing your order.
Defective Products
If you believe you have received a defective product (e.g., wine that is corked or otherwise spoiled), please contact us at vdp@silimosa.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos, a description of the issue, or return of the bottle (with most of the contents remaining) for verification.
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit, at our sole discretion.
Shipping Damage
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. In the event your order arrives damaged, please contact the freight/shipping company directly to file a claim.
